Terms of Service

By accessing pawmenities.com or booking any service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our facility Policies & Pet Services Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

You must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner (or authorized agent) of the pet(s) you book for.

• A 50% deposit is required within 3 days of acceptance to secure your reservation.
• Final payment is due on or before pickup. Late pickups and holiday surcharges apply per our Policies.
• We accept major credit cards and ACH through our processor. You authorize charges to the payment method on file for any balance owed.

See the cancellation policy. Deposits are refundable 7+ days out; under 7 days they're credited toward a future stay for 6 months.

• Provide accurate health, vaccination, and behavioral information about your pet.
• Keep vaccinations current and uploaded at least 1 day before your visit.
• Pick up your pet on time and pay all fees due.
• Disclose any reactivity, anxiety, medical condition, or special needs upfront.

Pawmenities is a communal, cage-free environment. You acknowledge inherent risks of group play and release Pawmenities and its staff from liability for injury, illness, or loss except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Full terms appear in the Pet Services Agreement.

You authorize us to seek emergency veterinary care if we cannot reach you, and you agree to reimburse all related costs.

All content on this site — text, images, video, logos, and code — is owned by Pawmenities or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reuse content without written permission.

By providing your phone number you consent to receive service-related and (if opted in) marketing texts. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing SMS; transactional messages (e.g. booking confirmations) may still be sent.

Our site may link to third-party services (e.g. our client portal, payment processor, social media). We're not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or specific outcomes from training or grooming services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, unless you and Pawmenities agree to mediation or arbitration in writing.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
