Our spa services cover the bath, blow-out, nail trim, ear cleaning, and a thorough brush-out, with coat-specific handling for doubles coats and curly coats. The full Spa Package is $110 and can be added onto any daycare or boarding stay.
Yes — that's the most popular way to book it. We schedule the spa near the end of the stay so your dog goes home clean, brushed, and trimmed instead of needing a separate appointment later that week.
Most appointments run 2–3 hours depending on coat type, size, and how much de-matting is needed. We groom at your dog's pace with breaks rather than rushing or using forced restraint.
Yes. Nervous dogs and puppies get shorter, low-pressure sessions so the experience stays positive — tell us upfront about handling sensitivities and we'll build the session around them.
The same as boarding and daycare: Rabies, Distemper/DHPP, and Bordetella current within 6 months for dogs under a year and annually after. Upload records at least one day before the appointment.
Most dogs do well every 4–8 weeks. Curly and long coats that mat easily are closer to 4–6 weeks, while short-coated dogs can usually stretch to 8. We'll recommend a cadence after seeing your dog's coat.
