Pricing Questions
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your nightly or daily rate covers cage-free care, 24/7 supervision, group play, and daily photo updates. Add-ons like grooming or chauffeur are always optional and clearly priced before you book. See our policies page for full details on policies and fees.
How does the 10% member discount work?
Active daycare members automatically save 10% on every boarding stay and on most add-ons. The discount is applied at checkout — no code needed.
What are the puppy rates?
Puppies under 12 months board at $110/night ($120 for XL puppies) — the higher rate covers the extra supervision, potty breaks, and socialization young dogs need. Daycare is a flat $65/day.
Is the Mercedes chauffeur really free?
Complimentary round-trip chauffeur is included for daycare members within 3 miles of our North Shore or Seaport location. Non-members can add door-to-door pickup or drop-off for $25 each way.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
Yes — cancel up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund of your deposit; within 7 days the deposit is forfeited. You can make changes to your booking anytime from the client portal.
Do Board & Train prices include boarding?
Always. The weekly, two-week, and monthly program prices already include overnight boarding, daily training, progress updates, and your owner handoff sessions.
