Pawmenities is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to meet or exceed the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
- Semantic HTML structure with proper headings, landmarks, and ARIA roles.
- Keyboard-navigable interfaces with visible focus indicators.
- Sufficient color contrast and resizable text without loss of content.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images.
- Captions and transcripts on key video content where applicable.
- Forms with associated labels, error messaging, and helpful instructions.
- Mobile-responsive design and tap targets sized for ease of use.
- Regular automated and manual accessibility testing as part of our development workflow.
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Our website is partially conformant — meaning that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard. We're actively working to remediate any gaps as they're identified.
Our Seaport and Lynnfield facilities are ADA-compliant with accessible entrances and drop-off areas. Service animals are welcome. If you need any accommodation for a visit — accessible parking, assistance with drop-off, large-print paperwork, or anything else — please contact us in advance and we'll make sure you're taken care of.
05Assistive Technology Compatibility
The site is designed to be compatible with the latest versions of major screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack), modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge), and with operating-system-level zoom, contrast, and reduced-motion settings.
Some third-party tools embedded in our site (such as our booking portal and payment processor) are outside our direct control. Where these tools have accessibility gaps, we offer alternative ways to complete the same task — please call or email us and a human will help you book, pay, or get information.
07Feedback & Reporting an Issue

If your concern isn't resolved to your satisfaction, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice under Title III of the ADA. We're committed to working with you directly first to find a fix.
