50% deposit due within 3 days to hold your spot

Full balance due before or at pickup

Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

Cancellations

7+ days notice: Full refund

<7 days notice: Full service fee charged

No-show: No refund

Reschedule: 24 hours advance notice required

Tardiness & Fees

Grace period: 10 minutes

Late fee: $2.25/min after grace period

Overnight Boarding: $85 flat fee applied after 20+ minutes late (late fee stops).

Holiday: $100 surcharge

All fees are due at pick-up. We reserve the right to modify this policy with notice and to deny or terminate service at our discretion.

Frequently Asked Questions

What vaccinations are required?

We require the following vaccinations: Rabies (both one-year and three-year vaccinations are accepted), Distemper (both one-year and three-year vaccinations are accepted), and Bordetella (every six months). Please upload records to your portal before arrival.

What should I bring for boarding?

Bring your dog's food, any medication, and a favorite toy. We provide bedding and bowls.

Do you offer pickup and drop-off?

Yes! We offer pet taxi services within a 3-mile radius of our Seaport location. Contact us for pricing.
